Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie
Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup 2% fairlife or 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree (pure pumpkin)
1 individual container of unsweetened plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (check sugar first!)
1 tablespoon almond butter or cashew butter
dash of pumpkin pie spice; dash of cinnamon
sprinkle of salt
handful of ice cubes
optional: scoop of vanilla protein powder
Instructions:
1. Freeze your banana ahead of time!
2. To a blender, add all ingredients and blend until desired consistency is reached. Add more milk for a runnier texture, add more ice for a thicker texture.
3. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top and a little whipped cream for fun!
