Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 2% fairlife or 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree (pure pumpkin)

  • 1 individual container of unsweetened plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (check sugar first!)

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or cashew butter

  • dash of pumpkin pie spice; dash of cinnamon

  • sprinkle of salt

  • handful of ice cubes

  • optional: scoop of vanilla protein powder

Instructions:

1. Freeze your banana ahead of time!

2. To a blender, add all ingredients and blend until desired consistency is reached. Add more milk for a runnier texture, add more ice for a thicker texture.

3. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top and a little whipped cream for fun!
