Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
This smoothie is full of nutritional powerhouses like cherries and blueberries that are sure to fuel your busy days. I drink this smoothie nearly everyday. It tastes amazing and always helps me feel better.
Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
handful of spinach (about a cup)
half a frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (choose the wild blueberries for higher antioxidants; regular blueberries work too!)
1/2 frozen whole cherries
superfood add-ins: chia seeds, mushroom powder, hemp seeds, oats, Maca powder, collagen
Instructions:
1. Blend the almond milk and spinach first until combined.
2. Add the rest of the fruit to the blender and blend until fully combined. You might need to add more liquid if you don’t like the original thickness. I sometimes add 1/4 cup of extra water.
3. Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!
