Citrus Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Recipe: Citrus Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Rest Time: 4 hours or overnight
Ingredients: Base:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 T. chia seeds
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup unsweetened plain greek yogurt
lemon and/or orange zest
1-2 T. lemon and/or orange juice
pinch of sea or kosher salt
1-2 T. agave, honey, or pure maple syrup
Topping:
1/4 cup unsweetened plain greek yogurt
2 T. softened low fat cream cheese
1 T. lemon and/or orange juice
1 T. agave, honey, or pure maple syrup
Instructions:
1. In a small mason jar, combine all of the ingredients for the base layer.
2. In a separate small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the topping.
3. Spread the topping over the base layer and let sit in the fridge for a minimum of four hours or overnight.
