The Best Green Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup water OR unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 small frozen banana or half a large frozen banana

  • half an avocado

  • Optional: 1 T. chia seeds

    Instructions:

1. Blend the spinach and the water or milk until smooth and green.

2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. If you like a thicker smoothie leave it as is, but if you prefer it thinner feel free to thin it out with water or milk.

3. Enjoy the creamiest and smoothest green smoothie ever!
