Cranberry Jalepeno Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag cranberries

  • 2-5 fresh jalapeños roughly chopped; depending on how spicy you like your food

  • juice of one lemon

  • 1/4 cup agave or sugar

  • pinch of salt

  • two blocks cream cheese

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

Instructions:

1. add the cranberries, chopped jalapeños, lemon, and sugar to a food processor and blend until the consistency is small chunks.

2. Add the cream cheese and yogurt to a stand mixer or use a bowl and hand held mixer and whip for 2 minutes until fluffy.

3. To a casserole dish, add the cream cheese mixture to the bottom and top with the cranberry mixture.

4. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
