Tart Cherry Mocktail

Tart Cherry Mocktail

Serves 2

This mocktail promotes digestion and aids your body in keeping a healthy sleep cycle!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup 100% tart cherry juice

  • 2 T. agave or pure maple syrup

  • 2 tsp. fresh grated ginger

  • juice of one small lemon or lime

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • ice

  • sparkling mineral water or club soda

  • optional add-ins: digestive bitters, your favorite hormonal/sleep support drops such as one from Earthly Wellness, homemade tincture, etc.

  • Garnish: fresh mint or rosemary

Instructions:

  1. To a large mason jar of cocktail shaker, add the tart cherry juice, agave, fresh ginger, and lemon/lime juice and shake with ice for 20-30 seconds.

  2. Add ice to two glasses and split the cherry mixture between each of them.

  3. Top off each drink with the sparkling water.

  4. Garnish with fresh mint or rosemary and enjoy!
