Maple Spiced Cold Foam

Cinnamon has played a big role in many recipes for thousands of years. It is full of antioxidants that may help control blood sugar. It may also play a role in aiding in gut health, reduce inflammation, and boost overall brain health.

Maple Spiced Cold Foam

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup milk (of choice)

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract OR 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (recommended)

  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon (traditional or ceylon)

  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

  • Optional: pinch of cloves, cardamom, or nutmeg

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blended and blend until thickened and creamy.

2. Serve on top of your hot or cold coffee and enjoy the benefits of these comfy spices!

To store: Store in an airtight jar or pitcher for up to 4 days. Shake well before use.

Tips: You can adjust the thickness of the cream. To make the foam thicker, use more cream. To make the foam thinner, use more milk.

Add 2 Tablespoons of pumpkin to make this a pumpkin spiced cold foam!
