Maple Spiced Cold Foam
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk (of choice)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract OR 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (recommended)
1.5 tsp cinnamon (traditional or ceylon)
1/4 tsp. sea salt
Optional: pinch of cloves, cardamom, or nutmeg
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blended and blend until thickened and creamy.
2. Serve on top of your hot or cold coffee and enjoy the benefits of these comfy spices!
To store: Store in an airtight jar or pitcher for up to 4 days. Shake well before use.
Tips: You can adjust the thickness of the cream. To make the foam thicker, use more cream. To make the foam thinner, use more milk.
