Blended Banana Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened iced coffee or a double shot of espresso

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice OR 1/4 cup of a prepackaged protein shake such as vanilla fair life or premier protein

  • 1 scoop protein powder (I use legion athletics)

  • 1 frozen banana (the riper the better)

  • 1 T. cocoa powder

  • sprinkle of sea salt

  • optional drizzle of chocolate syrup

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until creamy and enjoy the beauty of caffiene paired with protein! Adjust the liquid measurements for your thickness preference.

  2. Serve in your cup of choice and sprinkle sea salt on the top to enhance the flavor.
