Peanut Butter Apple Parfait

A protein-packed salty sweet creation everyone in the family will love!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup or one small container of plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 T. Maple syrup

  • 1 small diced apple

  • 1 Reese’s thin, chopped finely (sub with chocolate chips of choosing)

  • sprinkle of sea salt

  • optional: crushed peanuts

Instructions

1. Dice up apple to your size of choice

2. Stir the apple, yogurt, and maple syrup together.

3. Top with diced Reese’s or chocolate chips.

4. Add a sprinkle of sea salt or some crushed nuts to elevate the flavor!
