Oreo Fudge
This recipe is not sugar free or “healthified” in any way…but it is good for the soul! I am a big supporter of sweets incorporated in moderation to our lifestyles. The goal should never be over restriction but to create a healthy relationship with food! This recipe is easy, delicious, and the perfect crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
3 cups white or regular chocolate chips (I prefer white for this)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
15 oreo cookies; chopped
pinch of kosher or sea salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions:
1. Line a 8x8 square pan with wax paper and set aside.2. To a large sized microwaveable bowl, add the chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk.
3. Heat for 20 seconds at a time, watching closely and stirring until the chocolate chips are almost fully melted. Do not burn the mix or go over the time because the chocolate will get gross!
4. Stir in the chopped Oreos, salt, and vanilla.
5. Once fully combined, dump the mixture into the prepared pan.
6. Let set for 3-4 hours or up to overnight.
7. Slice into small squares and enjoy!
